Scalably provides managed Amazon cataloguing and product onboarding for Scalably Connect customers.

Our team prepares your catalogue for Amazon, submits your listings and helps you resolve listing issues. We do this work with Scalably Connect, our companion application, which brings your product data in from your existing systems.

From your existing systems to live Amazon listings.

1. You connect your systems:
You connect your systems to Scalably Connect and authorise its Amazon integration. Your product data, identifiers and images then come into Scalably Connect from your systems.

2. We review your data:
We review your data and identify gaps. You correct them in your own systems, and the corrections flow through Scalably Connect.

3. We configure the mappings:
We configure the Amazon category and attribute mappings, including titles, descriptions, variations, identifiers and images.

4. We validate and submit:
We validate the prepared data, then submit your listings through the integration that you authorise.

5. We resolve listing issues:
We review the submission results and help you resolve missing or invalid information.

6. We support ongoing changes:
We support changes to your catalogue after launch. Scalably Connect sends price and stock updates from the seller’s existing systems to Amazon, using configured pricing rules.

Exchanges data between your systems and Amazon through integrations that you authorise, and sends ongoing updates.

You, the seller:

Why our team needs access to your Seller Central account.

Our team uses Seller Central to do the work that Scalably Connect cannot do on its own:

• Review your product listings.
• Investigate submission errors.
• Correct catalogue information.

You grant this staff access separately in Seller Central, and you control it. Authorising Scalably Connect to exchange data with Amazon does not give our staff access to your Seller Central account.

Our founder, Chris, has more than 20 years of experience in technology. Before Scalably, he was Chief Architect at Anatwine Ltd. There, he designed a scalable e-commerce integration platform, and Zalando later acquired the company.
