We only begin charging commission for a channel once the first customer order is processed through our platform. Before going live, we conduct thorough testing to ensure you, the marketplace, and our team are completely satisfied with the integration.

There are two setup options:

  • Standard Integration (£500-£2,000): For Shopify or Magento platforms
  • Custom Integration (£6,000-£10,000): For all other platforms or multiple system connections

Your setup fee covers all development work, data mapping, migration of existing marketplace connections, and full team training. We handle all the technical heavy lifting.

For brands and sellers planning to launch on multiple marketplace channels, we may be able to waive the setup costs. We’re happy to discuss this option during our initial conversations.

You can choose between two commission models:

  • 0.75% of Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) - based on shipped goods
  • 1.2% of Net Merchandise Value (NMV) - based on shipped goods minus returns

If your return rate is below 38%, the 0.75% GMV option typically works best. You can select different models for different marketplace channels.

We set a minimum monthly charge (between £50-£200) per marketplace channel. The minimum monthly charge is determined based on the number of new and existing products we are managing on your behalf. The same minimum charge will be applied across all channels.

For each channel, you’ll be charged either the minimum monthly charge or the actual commission amount, whichever is higher. For instance, if your minimum monthly charge is £100 for a channel but your commission earnings are £150, you’ll pay the £150 commission. However, if your commission earnings are £80, you’ll pay the £100 minimum monthly charge.

For each channel you’re selling on, you’ll pay either the minimum monthly charge or the actual commission amount, whichever is higher.

Each marketplace channel is priced independently. You can choose different commission models (GMV or NMV) for each channel, and the minimum monthly charge applies to each channel separately. This gives you the flexibility to optimise your pricing structure based on each marketplace’s performance and return rates.

While our contracts run for 12 months (setting out your commission rates and minimum monthly charges), they’re designed to be flexible. You can add new channels at any time, and each channel has a 6-month minimum commitment with one month’s notice required to remove it. We recommend the 6-month minimum period as it ensures proper establishment on the marketplace and allows SEO to take effect.

You can add new marketplace channels at any time during your contract period. There’s no complex process - we’ll simply update your order form to include the new channel. As with all our channels, you’ll only start being invoiced once the first customer order comes through the platform. Your 12-month contract sets out your commission rates and minimum monthly charges, but it doesn’t limit which or how many channels you can add - giving you complete flexibility to expand your marketplace presence whenever you’re ready.

We invoice on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s activity. Each marketplace channel is listed separately on your invoice, showing either the commission or minimum monthly charge (whichever is higher). Payment terms are 30 days, and we prefer bank transfers, though credit card payments are available (subject to additional charges). All invoices include VAT.

Currently, we offer Standard connectors for Shopify and Magento, with more platforms being added regularly. These are our most cost-effective solutions for businesses using these platforms.

Since our pricing is commission-based, we don’t offer annual payment discounts. This model ensures you only pay for what you use.

Yes, we offer the option to spread your setup fee across your first 12 months of service. This amount would be added to your monthly minimum charges during this period and can be offset by your commission earnings. We’re happy to discuss this payment arrangement during our initial conversations to find a structure that works best for your business.
